About Bobbi Buchli

Bobbi Buchli is a longtime Arizona resident, community leader, and real estate professional who has proudly called Gilbert home for more than 20 years. She was elected to the Gilbert Town Council in November 2022 and sworn into office on January 10,2023. In 2025, Bobbi had the honor of serving as Vice Mayor of the Town of Gilbert. She remains committed to serving the community and preserving the high quality of life Gilbert residents have come to expect.

Her dedication to public service is grounded in a long history of community involvement. Bobbi has served on a Gilbert Citizens Advisory Board in partnership with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) and as a board member for the Crystal Point Estates Homeowners Association.

With a strong entrepreneurial background, Bobbi brings decades of experience in business, finance, and real estate. She has partnered in multiple businesses owned and operated her own real estate company , and played a key role in developing Arizona’s first private waterski lake community – Buchli Ski Lake and Crystal Point Estates – located in Gilbert.

Professionally, Bobbi has worked for three major financial institutions – United Bank, Norwest Bank, and Citibank – and was recognized as Employees of the Year at United Bank. From 2010 to 2017, she owned and operated her own real estate brokerage. She recently opened Bobbi Buchli Residential Brokerage, Inc., where she serves as the Designated Broker.

Bobbi has also been actively involved in competitive water skiing, serving as the Arizona/New Mexico Western Regional Council Representative for the American Water Ski Association and earning numerous rated Water Ski Official designations.

Her education includes Mesa Community College, the American Institute of Banking, the Arizona School of Real Estate, and Baum’s School for Real Estate & Brokers, where she obtained her Arizona Broker License.

Above all, Bobbi is a proud mother of three and grandmother of four. Family is her greatest priority. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, biking, boating, and spending time outdoors. Water skiing has long been a defining passion, and she and her family were avid tournament competitors for many years.
